Universal Valve Lockout

01. Lock Body Material, the lock body and button are made of engineering plastic reinforced nylon PA. Which is corrosion-resistant, impact resistant, and temperature resistant(-57~177), suitable for various operating environments. The lock body can be customized with flame-retardant material.
02. With two arms design, the stainless steel round steel support rod is suitable for two stop arms to lock the 3-way or 5-way valve, or lock the valve at the throttle position for operation control, which can effectively manage and prevent accidental start.
03. Serrated edge, with stainless steel serrated design, it enables the lock to be firmly fixed on the butterfly valve handle, not easy to loosen, and effective equipment locking us more convenient for safe management.
04. Hand wheel tightening, the lock adopts a hand wheel screw tightening device, so that the lock can be easily fixed on the valve handle without any tools to achieve the purpose of equipment locking.
